Good business type hotel. helpful staff and handy location for Shinjuku. pretty anonymous but great value for money (especially with the included breakfast)

Great place to stay if you're on a budget. Although interior and overall feel is definitely not a 5-star hotel, but it gives you the standard amenities. It is super clean. Location wise is a 15-min walk from the central JR-Shinjuku area, but still very manageable. The only drawback is that there is a 12:30am curfew/lockout. So if you're thinking of staying out late and partying, this may not be the place. Otherwise, it's pretty decent for its value.

Crefew Sucks at 12:30 and no taxi's seem to know where its located....room smelled like smoke and pee and staff was some what helpful but other than all that good view and its right down the street from the JR east station and a family mart across the street.

Great place to stay in Shinjuku! There is breakfast an an onsen included. I had a nice room. It was very comfortable!

The location was a little further than I thought it would be. A rainy day in Tokyo and you'll need a 700-800 JPY taxi ride. Otherwise, I did enjoy not having the sounds of traffic in the morning, nice and quiet. Very simple functional place to stay. Breakfast was very good. Easy checkin/out, would stay again if in Shinjuku.
A big shared bath is a nice feature. Staff was very helpful. Good value for the money. I will stay there again.

While the rooms were nothing special, the very helpful and friendly staff made up for it. They were more than willing to offer directions and even hold luggage for the afternoon after I checked out.

Although not exactly convenient to the train station or underground, our stay in this hotel was particularly enjoyable. One male member of the staff was most impressive in trying to help us as we spoke no japanese, but others did many things to assist which we did not expect. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful stay in Tokyo.
