HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Although I must say the owner and his Filipino maid were friendly and tried to help where possible!I guess I should have told them about the issue which I didnt. THE ROOM HAS COCKROACHES AND THE BED HAS BED BUGS, both big and baby ones! How could one live there. I only put my bags there for two nights and spent my nights walking the streets before finally checkin into another place. I had to ensure that the bags and its contents were bug free when I moved....CRAZY!

It would be nice if they started checking their internet bookings. This is apparently an ongoing problem according to one woman on the staff. Luckily they had a different room available.
The smallest room I've ever stayed in, but clean and otherwise comfortable. The staff are friendly and the location very close to bus and metro. The small elevator to the 16th floor can sometimes leave you standing in a long line for a while though. WARNING: There are poachers who will tell you they are from Tom's Guest House but they will take you to another claiming it to be a new branch of Tom's, just ignore them! Tom's guest house never sends anyone people to greet you.

I can't understand that somone thinks this place is a rathole. They clean the rooms every day.

The place is great. Mr. Cheung was very accommodating, as well as her efficient staff members, Shirley and her son. The only thing that was negative is the passage going to the elevator. The smell was awful. But Tom's Gust House' hospitality is superb. Thanks!
