- “ At first the time of check-in is 01pm on website, i get there at 1h45pm the room was not ready, i had to wait till 2h45pm to get my room. On the room, the window was broke, impossible to close it, noise and cold get from it, they already know about this problem because it was full of adhesive tape. I have photo of it. I had a private room, wich is not bigger than 3mx1,5m. Thanks God i stayed just one night. ”
