  • Best hostel stay so far in the UK (and I am a traveller). Really helpful and costumer-caring staff. Hostel has a lot of charisma. Shops are just a few mins walk away. Very comfy beds, clean showers, well equipped kitchen, free tea/coffee & milk, chilly (big flat) TV lounge with free wifi. I joined a Landrover trip for little money which was fun. I will definitely come back!

  • This hostel was great-- very safe, well located, friendly staff. That being said, Sheddon Hill is VERY STEEP, so don't stay unless you are prepared for cardio every day. There are also a ton of stairs in the hostel and only 2 bathrooms for the entire place, so be prepared for stairs and waiting in line.
