great place to stay! Perfect dinning room! Large locers in the room, friendly staff, good beds. Good sizes rooms as well. Very close to Morrisons. the hostel is very clean and the price includes breakfast as well.......there is no reception area so if u need anything there is no one around to assist u. the showers are scalding hot for a while and then suddenly freezing cold and back to very hot & so on.so be careful.there is a castle and a tourist information centre nearby........overall the town is pretty depressing.....not exactly the place for a relaxing holiday delilah, from India ~ 17th Oct 2009

Great place, great people. A very nice place to stay at. Parking your car may be a problem, though. The only free parking is a ten minutes walk away near a supermarket where you are not supposed to leave your car. extremely hard to find, need a sign with Name on it so it can be seen when entering the street. Owner/manager wasn't available when we first got there, then he was in too big a hurry to get to the bar to take our payment. we weren't comfortable leaving the payment 'under a pillow' & not getting a receipt. Our stay at Totters was wonderful, despite the fact that both internet acess and laundry were unavailable. The location is right near the ocean and within the city walls, making it a lovely spot.
