This hotel was good, central and the staff very helpful. However, we were extremely disappointed to find out that we were charged the same price for a half day DMZ tour as those who had booked the full tour with the hotel. This completely took the shine off our stay in Hue with Tran Ly as we felt completely cheated - just be careful when you book with them.
We are very surprised when reading your review. The price of tours was posted up at reception desk clearly and you could see easily that DMZ tour price for a half day or for one day is the same. And choosing DMZ for a half day tour is your decision. Wish you have a nice holiday and take many beautiful pictures. Thank you! Mr.Minh

We were greeted with fresh fruit juice upon arriving and a huge breakfast, included in the room price. The manager is great and very helpful. If I came back to Hue I would definitely stay here again. Patrick, from Canada ~ 26th Jul 2009

Great hotel, not really a hostel. The staff were so incredibly friendly; even got a complimentary glass of orange juice upon arrival! They can arrange all the necessary tours and bus/train tickets, all very fficiently, and they know reputable Honda drivers if you want to see the sights (definately see the tombs - wow). The only down side is that the road is very noisy; unless they've fitted secondary glazing, insist on a room to the rear. Elliot, from England ~ 5th Jun 2009
