- “ I would like to thumb up especially for staffs here(y) even though Tran Ly Hotel is just 1 star hotel, their service mind is given 5 stars !! one of my friends lost his Iphone on the shuffle van while we were moving from the hotel to bus station (at first he had no idea where it is), the staff at the hotel tried to find out where i was and finally they gave it to us back while the bus was heading to out of the town. i dare say that i will go to stay at this hotel again! ”
