El personal es muy antipatico hablan poco ingles y hace dificil la comunicacion. Esta situado en un edificio ruinoso,asqueros, no restaurado a unos 30 minutos del centro andando. No es muy limpio. Realmente podria estar mejor por lo que cobran.

Staff were helpful. Small but adds to atmosphere. Would reccommend and the price is very reasonable considering it is close to Red Square - 20 min walk.

I had realy a great time in Trans Siberian Hostel, people i met there are realy nice and i will for sure go back there if i go again to Russia.

Quite far from the metro, and definitely not the Ritz, but the bathrooms were clean and the people were great. A bit pricey for the poor location.
