The staff ( 1 person ) is OK and helpful, the hotel is located very central to the busstation and within walking distance from the city-centre,but the hotel needs paint and cleaning. (Mould on the sealing) The bead was very bad and old. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, but ok. I doubt that I will stay there again. Arne, from Denmark ~ 27th Oct 2009

This place is cheap and cheerful. the bed was comfortable, the place was secure. No frills, but also no nastiness.You sometimes have to wait a little bit to check in, if someone's not around, but overall it was a positive stay and certainly one of the cheaper options in an otherwise expensive location... Great location. Staff was very accomodating, even when we arrived much earlier than anticipated. Free internet only applies if you have your own computer (for wi-fi). Great breakfast in the morning. Staff wasn't very helpful at booking trips for you, so make sure you do that on your own. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay- perfect for young professionals/adults, great value! Location is very convenient, right across from the BSI terminal where the bus from the airport arrives. A short walk will bring you to Reykjavik center. They have cars available for rent costing less than half of what the big rental companies charge. I would stay there again if not for the fact that the mattresses are memory foam, and I am sensitive to the chemicals used in those things. I got dizziness and vertigo. Your results may vary.
