Extremely friendly and helpful staff. A little cramped, but it's a hostel, so that's to be expected. Felt safe and great neighborhood as well (very close to big attractions). Will probably stay here again for my second visit through London this summer. NILANJAN, from USA ~ 21st May 2012

Great place! Staff was super friendly, nice beds, clean showers and a great location. There's a bus that stops in front of the hostel that takes you straight to the city center. Great staff! Thank you John for all your help :) Good atmosphere, rooms etc. However the breakfest wasn\'t the best! and would have preferred some more decent lockers. Stayed here for 5 days in female dorm and I really enjoyed my stay. The pub downstairs was really nice, it felt like a living room and was always filled with friendly people. Thai restaurant had very good dishes, I recommend to eat there sometimes. The water in the showers was sometimes cold and the toilettes weren't the cleanest ones, but it actually didn't bother me that much because the hostel's atmosphere was so good. Quiet at night in the hostel and on the street. Showers and bathrooms are clean but putting my clothes on in the tiny space beside the shower without getting them wet was a bit tricky. I really liked this place, which had great value for the money. They kept the place clean. You can reach a lot of sites on the 24 bus. The offer free drinks (non-alcoholic) for guests. A happy place, and I would definitely stay here again. Brian, from USA ~ 12th Aug 2011

Great location. 24 hr bus stops right out front, takes you to most major sights (like having your own personal double-decker tour bus). Quiet and relaxing at nite, but also a fun pub like atmosphere downstairs in the bar. Music some nights. Pool any night. Only con is there's no kitchen, but the restaurant serves great food at reasonable prices. The breakfast was one of the best I had in my many hostel, many country, adventure.
