Exceptionally clean and well maintained, great breakfast. The family hosts went above-and-beyond our expectations to make our visit to Ecuador memorable. Melissa, from USA ~ 11th Nov 2009

We had a great time here! We have travelled around the world over the past 14 months and have found no place better when it comes to cleanliness, friendliness, and breakfast overall yumminess! Would definately stay again if we return to Quito. James, from USA ~ 15th Sep 2009

Overall a very positive experience. We had some disputes about whether to pay for airport transfers, but it ended up being fine. Definitely recommended. Lacey, from USA ~ 19th Jul 2009

I was very happy with this place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice place to hang out in. It was clean, and well maintained. It's not in the heart of the all the places to go to, but it's just a short walk away. Security was good. I'd go back here again. Thanks. Aniello, from USA ~ 27th Jul 2009

This is the best hostel we have stayed in. Not for the partier but perfect for a nice clean friendly stay. Andrea, from USA ~ 26th Jun 2009

The staff was excellent! They were very helpful and accomodating. The rooms were clean and cozy and the bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of hot water. There's someone on duty 24/7, so I always felt very safe. We left too early to take advantage of breakfast, but there was always fresh fruit available. Also, I recommend using Palmas Rojas Tours, which is a travel agency under the same management as the hostel. Carlos, the owner, tooks us to hike Cotopaxi and to the Mindo Cloud Forest. Travellers Inn is a former mansion converted to hostel. I would charaterize Travellers Inn as a 2 to 3 star hotel than a hostel. The staff is extremely helpful ensuring your comfort and safety in an area of the city that requires caution while meandering the city. TI has its own travel agency to help you with tours. Very spotless place with much care to the comfort of the place. Johnny, from Malaysia ~ 11th Jun 2009

This is a lovely hostel. Very clean and well maintained. A good choice of rooms but gets booked up quite quickly. The family are lovely and made us feel really welcome, it was nice to be involved in their new years celebrations. The hostel arranges a number of trips which when not free are great value! Near all the nice restaurants and gringo food but far enough away to be peaceful. Not a party hostel Kinza, from England ~ 9th Jan 2009
