No water supply at 4th floor. Have to go down to 3rd floor, sometime 2nd floor, the worst 1st floor(depend on luck) to take a bath. No water heater, but still acceptable due to the weather in Sabah is always hot.

We found it be much below our expectations. 1. Not so clean 2. Staff uninterested in helping out 3. No hot water, water ran out every time we took shower and had to run down 4 floors in middle of the shower. This happened every day 4. No regular Aircon - had to tell everytime to switch on for our room

To improve in the water supply system as we experienced few episodes of water shortage. Also to improve on the water heater system as we only managed to bath with hot water once, out of our 3 days stay there.

the stay is adequate, its in a good location, however the staff were not particularly helpful and did not speak great english, also often there was no running water.

the staff are great peronalityes, but the place is a little away from center ( 10 min walk). all in all great place for the money.
As far as value for money goes its a well worthwhile stay on the cheap. The staff are wonderful. The showers are cold but its not too bad in the hot weather.

Very affordable rates, especially for the twin room (bathroom included); Excellent location in the heart of KK fronting a major shopping complex, food outlets, and bus terminal within minutes. The free towels provided were extremely useful after we got back from Kinabalu all drenched from the rain! Would love to go back again!

The room we had was to close to the reception, so it was very nosy. I want to add that the staff were very friendly, which we appreciated very much
I would like to complain about the cleanliness of the hostel. There are many "body louses" (or kind of) in the bed and pillow, which bite you and make you itchy all day long.
