Tropical Garden Lounge in Quito, Thailand

We had a very good stay at this place. My friend was ill and they were very helpful and understanding. Always nice even tough we had a few weird questions sometimes. Good food and very nice rooms with fantastic bathrooms! Louise, from Sweden ~ 10th Nov 2011

The bungalows' roofs are made of metal so the entire room is like a huge oven. when we checked in the room was 36 degrees C, and the poor little A/C took 2.5 hours to cool the room down to 26 degrees!! The shower and bathroom have no roof, so the 2 meter wall is all that's supposed to prevent people from looking at you when you shower or go to the bathroom. the staff is nice - but aren't there at reception in the morning or night (they're supposed to get there at 8am but bother to show up

Dear Inbal Thank you for your review. For the price of THB 500 which is for Standard Bungalow you got a free Upgrade to our Poolside Bungalow. I live myself in a same bungalow like you stayed and my Air condition is running on 27 Degrees and it takes a maximum of 15 Minutes to get it to cool down at a suitable temperature. I have showed you that there are 3 signs at the Front Desk that it is open only from 8.00 until 23.00 plus an additional information in the room and in the information folder. Its not very fair what you write: they're supposed to get there at 8am but bother to show up around 10 ,maybe. You have only stayed 1 night so how should you know. I guess in your life it happened also that you once or twice slept too long because of any problems with alarm clock or similar. All Bathrooms have been designed to suit guests tropical experience on Samui Island. In all our Outdoor Showers, nobody from outside can watch you showering. Have a good trip!
