  • Room was very tiny but clean. Some distraction from noise from other adjoining rooms (TV on all night). Having a designated no smoking area with a heater would be nice

  • The staff was friendly, the room was very clean. My only complaint is that one morning (late morning, about 10am) there was no hot water. Other than that, the stay was great!

  • Located convenient 1 min walk from Inaricho on the Ginza line. Single room was small but adequate - has standing shower. There is an internet plugin but no cord or wifi so bring a router. If there was laundry, I couldn't find it. They did have coin lockers and some small safe-like lockers that said free, but were all in japanese and I couldn't decipher it so didn't use it. Front desk staff nice but didn't speak much english. Great sushi right down the street. Two computers provided in main lobby

  • good location, however needed a place to wash clothes, but for the price was fine, bed was sleepable, and it was quiet. However, when I wanted to mail my luggage to Kansai, the front desk man acted like he didnt want to help me fill out the paperwork so I had to spend money on the Kisei Skyliner and take my luggage to Narita. If we are NOT provided a fridge in the room, then one should be put in the bottom level. I dont care if there is a kitchen or not, as I dont cook anyway.
