- “ I initially chose this hostel as my bus from San Francisco stopped there but it ended up being a great experience. The staff are professional and friendly, the facilities first rate for a backpackers. As a mature traveller, I found USA Hostel to be first rate on every level. ”

- “ Most of the staff were good Esp the British brothers Ivan and Dju who were not only really hot but super friendly. However, there was one particular staff member who was really rude. Bob, the short guy with the baseball hat. 4 paying guests were watching a T.V. prgoram and he comes into the lounge asks for remote, grabs it from me, changes the channel, and sits down. All of us were pretty shocked. He was really rude. ”

- “ The staff was very unfriendly. One of the guys who works there (Kevin) started yelling at me because I told him politely to lower his voice at 5 in the morning in the lounge. He had been drinking all night and was having a heated argument with two other guests from the hostel over their opinions about history. The guys were telling him to calm down and he just got even madder. After I told him to lower his voice, he started yelling at me and saying he was there first and that I'm rude. ”

- “ It was great! So much better than the picture(later one I stayed at Santa Monica was really bad compared to its nice photos). Point by point... - small light for each bed, clean bathroom in the room, a little partition where you put your head which helps privacy. - tour programs, friendly people - Excellent location! Thank you for the amazing hostel. I really really appreciated. ”

- “ Not a bad hostel. One word of advice- request a rom near the front of the hostel as the hostel backs onto a mail centre that is very noisy from about 5 am onwards. Not ideal if you've had a late night and fancy a sleep in. ”

- “ I put very poor for location and atmosphere because it's situated right next to a postal centre, so at all hours of the morning there are trolleys bashing and crashing around and guy's yelling out to each other right outside your window. Don't stay here if you're looking for a decent night's sleep. The place itself is fine, but that noise was a dealbreaker for me. Ridiculous. Impossible to sleep. ”

- “ Good hostel in very good location, 5 minutes walk to Kodak Theathe. Free breakfast (I didn't try it) and good size of room. Cleand room and bathroom, only the floor maked a lot of sound, so if you come late, you will wake up yor roommates. Good size of lockers and you can charge yor phone, camera inside the lockers, very good idea! And very good idea the pods in the bed, that give you more privacy. You have also a personal light. Recommended hostel. ”

- “ It's one of the best hostels! I really enjoyed my stay and I met a lot of cool people :) The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable and you've got your privacy. And there are lockers with an outlet inside! I also liked the bar in the common room! ”
