Mixed feelings about this hostel - very good facilities and lots of activities organized but the staff are not very helpful and the rooms are ridiculously hot i the summer - no air conditioning. There is a club right next to the hostel which means very noisy nights.

Having an ensuite was great, lots of hostel organised activities. Kitchen was very good, whole hostel was very clean.

dirty overflowing toilets! rude very unhelpfull staff that seem only interested in shagging the backpackers. filthy kitchen and just really bad vibes! seems everyone of the staff has something more important than helping us. no maps, and bad directions...the list goes on..stay in santa monica

In all the hostels Ive stayed this is without a doubt the best,the location/staff/open mic nights/pancakes and free shuttle made our stay in Hollywood one to not be forgotton.Thanks.

Good location just off Hollywood Bvld. The hostel is very much a party type place, so got disturbed by people talking during the night and didn't have the best night's sleep, so if you want a bit of peace then best look for somewhere else to stay.Apart from that the hostel was great.Staff were friendly and helpful.

Only stayed one night but I thought there was a very good feel about the place
Decent Hostel, but the early morning wake up call from house keeping (9:00am) and nusic blarring out at 9:30am was quite annoying. Think this hostel is aimed at people between 17-24, because its more of a party place. Great location though! Would i stay here again: Yes

Good hostel, in the middle of Hollywood action. 5 min walking to Kodak and chinese theatres, to Capitol records, etc. Planning to go to the beach? Took us 1.30 hr by bus !
A hostel with a very social atmosphere, though you can avoid this if "dress to get laid" parties aren't your scene . Good communal areas and large clean rooms with ensuites.
