- “ Location is great (on the 5th). Breakfast is for free. Internet access not. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem is that if you get the rooms facing the 5th Ave you´ll find them noisy especially on the weekends. Other than that this a good place to stay at in San Diego. I will stay there if I ever go back again. ”

- “ Nice and welcoming hostel and staff, they always try to improve their offers and make it a nice stay for you. Perfect location in the middle of the Gaslamp Quarter. The rooms are a bit of a hole (no real windows), but it was okay for me. I would come again. ”

- “ Mike-Peoria,IL I stayed 4 nights at this hostel--Location is perfect in downtown San Diego.in the middle of all resturants,bars,nightlife.. Good Breakfast.Secure dorms and hostel,clean If you have a car , you may want to park it further out(15 min walk) if you want free parking, otherwise you will have to pay $ 10-20 a night...I suggest not renting a car in San Diego-- -Staff are helpful,rooms are good size.Overall, best hostel-, I would definitely come back to this hostel when I am here ”

- “ My friend and I were travelling for the first time and this hostel was excellent.We stayed for 4 nights and took part in a trip to Tijuana (which we highly recommend), a pub crawl and a games night. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. The only warning is that due to the location the hostel is noisy on a night if you are in a room at the front so if you aren't into partying then this may not be the place for you!We will definitely be returning. ”

- “ iT'S A REALLY NICE SET UP. tHE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. IT WAS 108 SO ROOM WAS HOT BUT THEY HAD A FAN IN THE ROOM WHEN WE ARRIVED. tHE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WOULOD LOVE TO STAY HERE AGAIN. ”
