“ We were very happy while staying with you in the hostel. People helped us with our luggage even opening the front doors and trough the elevator. In the morning and late at night no matter what the situation the staff would be always cheerful with us, eager to help.Our room fulfill our expectations 100% and the shower was almost always available. We will ALWAYS recommend you and we will certainly be back there. ”

“ Usa Hostels San Francisco was amazing. Located in a great spot mins from Union Square. Staff were so friendly and helpful in anyway possible. Every nite there was great entertainment, that you wouldnt even have to leave to go out to any niteclubs at all. The room downstairs was great to meet people on those nites, and from all diff countries which was amazing. Would def stay here again. Amazing place, staff, entertainment and location. Had such a great time. So Thank You Usa Hostels San Fran :) ”

“ We were group of two women from Japan, not young but seniors. Staying 10 days at your Hostels we attended conferences and workshops held in S.F and in UC Berkley. We had pleasant stay in your Hostels with young people around at quite reasonable cost. We thank all the staff of the Hostels for their hospitality. ”

“ The staff was great, very helpful and you can tell they enjoy their job. I recommend the pub crawl it was alot of fun. I enjoyed the activities that are offered because they give you the opportunity to meet people from around the world and enjoy company with others to your favorite destinations. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone interested. I stayed from September 12- 16 2012. I plan to stay here again if I revisit San Francisco! ”

“ This was the best hostel we met on our trip. Everything was great. Kitchen, where you can make your own breakfast, nice longue, pool table, fridge for beers. Great atmosphere overall in whole hostel. Very helpful staff. Great location. Would definitely stay again! ”

“ Location: the hostel is pretty conveniently located. Only about a 10 minute walk from the main public transit lines. However, when you're hauling luggage, it can be a bit of a pain because the walk to the hostel is uphill. It is really not such a big deal though. You're in San Francisco so you better get used to hills anyway. Amenities: Free wifi everywhere, including the rooms. The kitchen/living space area is pretty big and there is always room to sit and hang out. There is also a smoking room in the ”

“ I will definitely come back to this hostel. I liked that they were always cleaning the bathrooms and bedrooms. The location is good, however if you walk a couple of blocks down Jones or Hyde St, it can become really creepy at night. The staff is very helpful but I will have appreciate a little bit of welcoming attitude when I arrived after a 7 hour flight, even though I know is not a hotel, human sympathy does not cost a lot. Environment is great! Cool people from all over the world! ”
