The lobby area of Ulisse Deluxe was fantastic! Comfortable chairs, couches, a tv, bar, etc. Super clean room - it was tiny but with our own bathroom and shower and huge lobby area we were very happy! The staff was so helpful, especially Claudia who was able to track down my lost I-pod (left it on a bus from Rome to Sorrento) and I was able to retrieve it from the bus driver thanks to her! I definitely recommend this hostel.

This is much more of a hotel than a hostel! The lobby is beautiful. Our room was very simple but absolutely clean and in order. Breakfast is a huge continental type thing but it costs €5 a person. It's a pretty long walk from the train station in Sorrento but it is great in terms of being able to walk down to the seaside or up through the main street of town. It's a beautiful city with lots of tourist - I kind of felt like I was in Florida sometimes.

Beautiful place and reasonably priced but not a party hostel.

Beutiful Hostel! I really recommend it. Very cheap for what you get.

Booked a 5-bed dorm room, but was put in a room with 8 bunk beds (though, there were max 3 ppl in the room during my 3-day stay). The room had no windows, but there was a clean, spacious bathroom. BE PREPARED TO PAY!!!: additional 5 euro/day for airconditioning (ridiculous!), 5 euro for very, very simple breakfast, timed internet and more charge for the pool access, etc. The reception staff was quite rude and unhelpful.

Really disappointed with hostel...pool was 8euro\'s to use and we were put in n more than a \'prison cell\' to sleep. One tiny window overlooking the noisy machinery outside. No hostel facilities such as internet or kitchen. This place is a hotel with a few crap hostel rooms not the beautiful rooms as advertised!

We had to ask the staff to clean our twin room as it had not been cleaned & this was after 3 in the afternoon. The room that we were put in had a cheaper price than what we had off this web site. When we asked the staff member about this he just turned his back on us & ignored us untill we went away. We were yelled at when we re entered the hostel one afternoon by a staff member asking if we were staying there even though we had a key. This place is a badly run hotel not a hostel.

Very nice hostel - especially for the price. Each hostel room gets it's own large bathroom, which is really nice.
