It was a very fun experience since it was the first time at a hostel but there were noise problems when we were trying to sleep after a hard night's partying. Outstanding location though in SF Jazmin, from Mexico ~ 9th Nov 2009

the location is perfekt (1min from union square). but it isnt really clean and you get no towel or something else. breakfast: cant write anything, we eat at diners or something else, not in the hostel. the room was ok, the best on it was the TV (we had a 2person room, not a dorm) and we lived in 1st floor. free internet is great, but you cant print... no 2nd time possible for me there... The place was disgusting, stuff in the corridors which felt like a fire risk. The location was down a seedy alley in a dodgy area of town (although close to the shops). There were couples in the room, not something I want to deal with! The staff were unhelpful. There was no security on the front door, despite being in such an unsafe area. My stay was filled with bed bugs and they didn't fix the problem. I was bitten mor the night after they fixed it. I only stayed there 4 nights of my two weeks and they didn't refund me. I'm taking it to the BBB and report them Brandon, from USA ~ 18th Oct 2009

That was the worst hostel I've ever slept. Staffs were terrible and dirty. I went to there 11pm, then they said, they didn't want me not to stay there because I would sleep only 1day!! Anyway, don't go this hostel. Hwoanik, from South Korea ~ 7th Sep 2009
