If you will be out all day, come back late in the evening, and only use this hostel for sleeping - it is ok. However, the price was too high for the standard. Even with the good location, I feel that we payed too much. Keep in mind that there are no security lockers and no place to store your luggage after you check out. We had to leave our things in the common room. There was a sink in the room, which was very appreciated.

We booked two rooms, 1 had excellent beds, the other terrible. One staff member was great, and had no problem issuing us with the required password for wirelessinternet connection, but another maintained that we could not have access unless we were staying for one month. The kitchen was equipped, which was important for us, a family group of four.Reception desk closed for lunch 1-2pm.Luggage storage available, again important for us.

Great location and access to Central London with pre-check in and post-check in luggage storage facilities appreciated by me. This hall of residence looks tired and due for renovation.

I think it was a great choice,i would stay here again if i was a tight budget , we paid £48 for a twin room between us . I wasnt expecting much at all but it was clean and rooms were big ,its used for students on term time so you know it has to be decent. its basic but for the price you cant expect the the hilton! the tube was a 3 min walk to lambeth north station so its only a few stops form piccadilly. I got home for £15 on one of those push bicycle things! lol ! so u can bargain a taxi man for £10 id say ! dont listen to the £20 Or just tey a nightbus ! Although the breakfast isnt included, you have to be on some sort of list but sure who cares for the price!

An excellent place to stay for the budget-conscious. Probably the best affordable lodging you'll find within a reasonable distance of downtown London. It was nice having a sink and closet space in the room. Staff were very helpful.

This is a basic place to sleep and have a shower. I found the facilities to be clean and functional even if not pleasing to the eye. This is not a place to stay if you are looking for community.

An excellent hostel - more like a hotel, actually. Warm, soft bed, sink in the room, great view, well located, friendly staff that gladly answered to our various requests... Worth the money. Strongly recommended!
