We arrived late at night around 11pm only to find that Urban Central had lost our booking and one of us ended up sleeping on a roll away cot. Our 4 person share room then became a 5 person share room. Great location but the "free parking" is first come first served which was disappointing to us because that was why we booked in the first place. Don't stay on the first few floors if you're planning a quiet night in since the hostel has its own bar which can be quite loud. Rooms were clean. Sara, from Canada ~ 24th Oct 2011

Fantastic helpful staff, affordable accommodation. Plenty to do, and each floor has its own theme (movies on one floor, books on another etc...) Great bar, reasonably priced drinks, and although the party can continue well into the morning, rooms are sound proofed enough to sleep. Stayed here probably half a dozen times, and will be back! kitchen is too small. Free breakfast is nice. shame they don't have longterm luggage storage. rooms are great, just four beds and lots of space. lockers come with own power point, you get your own towel, and reading light. rooms get cleaned every day. liked the hostel.
