- “ Urban Holiday Lofts is a very new hostel, I especially liked the atmosphere of it and the staff was extremely friendly, everything was very easy, relaxed and uncomplicated. The hostel also has a big common room which is perfect to meet other people! ”

- “ Awesome place, right near the Damen station on the Blue Line, staff are so helpful with everything you throw at them, very cool hostel with excellent facilities. Needs a vending machine in the upstairs lounge and a lift to help you negotiate the gnarly stairs at 2am apart from that this place is AWESOME! ”

- “ I have stayed in a lot of hostels all over the world, and this was by far the nicest one that I have ever stayed in!!!! The beds were comfortable, the facilities were immaculate and the staff was so nice! It felt like I was staying at a friends' apartment in the city. And it's hard to beat the location. I will definitely be staying at this hostel again in the future. ”

- “ We had booked a private room with a private bathroom, but plumbing problems forced the hostel to change our reservation at the last minute. To make up for this, they offered us a discount and still managed to give us a private room with more or less the same qualities we had originally hoped for. This flexibility and helpfulness made a great impression on us, and the staff were among the most personable we've encountered. This is an excellent hostel with a great location near an L station. ”

- “ This hostel was the first I ever stayed in and it was very cool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean but the only thing I would recommend is a mirror in the room, as it took 20 min to do my hair in the bathroom. Another issue I had was noise because the walls separating the rooms are more like partitions than thick walls, which means that if someone is talking near the wall then you hear everything. Other than that, it was great! ”

- “ We had 8 people and we were blown away by the awesome building, beds, rooms, cleanliness, cool style, common rooms, everything. Great, helpful, friendly staff. Absolutely wonderful neighborhood full of shops and cool restaurants. SO HAPPY. Coming back many times! (It'd be cool if there was more breakfast stuff, but whatever!) ”
