location below a strip club and above a 'sex boutique' lets it down but otherwise it's ideally placed for the old town. feels a bit sterile, the staff weren't very talkative and if you're on the main floor it can be noisy with people coming and going. nice enough but a bit soulless

This hostel was very lovely, and the location WAS very central, however, because it was so central, there was often night noise because of the local bars. If you are a light sleeper, beware! Otherwise the staff were very accomodating and friendly, and the facilities were well above your average hostel.

I recommend the place. I thought the hostel good but not very good. The mean disavantage is the lack of ventilation in the bathroom and the toilet clean but not well-laid-out . The big advantage the well equiped douch and the great location!

We stayed for 5 days in Tallinn - and the hostel was good. It's located directly in the old town so you can easily reach everything on foot. They got a 24h reception so there was no problem by entering the hostel or even buying drinks in the middle of the night. Our room was quiet small but really nice and we were really lucky by getting a room to the backyard. As the hostel is located that central there are a lot of pubs around, so its not really quite at night. The staff was friendly and always anxious to help you around. There is no real common room, so everything takes place in the ok equipped kitchen. But the walls are quiet thin so if you are sleeping in a room close by you could hear everthing. But no matter what we enjoyed our stay and really liked the city. p.s.: Another good thing: there is free coffee for everyone in the morning!

The location is probably what is best about this hostel. Majortiy of staff are excellent and very helpful. The one key per room can get very annoying and there is no where in the rooms to lock any valuables which can be a bit risky. The showers are now excellent and no problems with hot water. If your looking for a quiet stay over a weekend then this is not for you as it is very noisy from everyone in the pubs nearby and out on the street. Otherwise enjoyed my stay here and loved Tallinn.

The relatively thin walls made very audible what's going on in the kitchen (I was in room 2 right next to it)
