This family run hostel was clean and tidy and the family where helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and central to everything and very close to the subway and buses.. Breakfast had a great variaty and was fresh. If we come back to Mexico we will stay again.

I enjoyed my stay here. The owners were friendly and helpful, the location was fine for me, very close to the metro. The place was clean and the bunk beds were fine. The bathroom area is a bit small but there were no serious problems or bad things about the hostel.

Versalles was disappointing. We booked a double room and were given a twin with no windows. Paypal payment was a hassle as it did not work. There was no cafe, and breakfast was meagre-cornflakes and instant coffee. No jug, toaster or sink. Hosts were not around often to ask questions and although friendly, did not offer any advice or even a map. Location was bad, being at least a 30-40 min walk to attractions. Was clean but no lockers, shelves or hooks in room.
