Kitchen was inadequate. 1 microwave, no hob. There is easily room for another microwave. Constant pop music in the public areas- no escape ! linda, from England ~ 17th Nov 2009

Very close to the train station, free wifi. Kitchen isn´t much of a kitchen, no hot plates, but there is a microwave. No security lockers, big clean bathrooms and good common area to chill out in and meet other travellers. No free breakfast. Area isn´t as dodgy as people have been saying in their feedback, you´ve just not got to advertise your valuables like anywhere else in the world. Catherine, from Australia ~ 15th Nov 2009

nice place, close to the city downtown and bus/train station. No words will describe it, just experience it !! Jakub, from Poland ~ 10th Nov 2009

It's close to train station but area dodgy at night. Security is not great as you have to leave your keys at reception and anyone could just ask for the key to a specific room. The staff were excellent and it was amazingly clean. the shower looked brand new! However, despite the nice common room, EVERYONE seemed to have travelled with their laptops and there was hardly any socialisation going on. Not really a happening bar... biyao, from New Zealand ~ 22nd Oct 2009

The hostel itself is very cute indeed - fantastic kitchen facilities and a lounge and dining area that look like a New York Apartment with a cute cabana style courtyard. The rooms are plan but comfy. It is close to the train station, but this area is where all of the lecherous arab men hang out and it is no place for single travellers after dark, especially females. Good location - near to the train station and 5 min walking from the vieux port, this hostel is ok. Rooms are a little old, but toilets and shower quite new. Breakfast a little expensive (5 euros) beacuse you can find some bars on the way to the vieux port which offer cheaper and good breakfast. When I left, I asked if I could leave my bagages on a locker. They opened a small dirty room and I put my bagage in. They keep the room locked but they have no control if each person is really getting on Livia, from Italy ~ 12th Oct 2009

The plqce looks good in the photographs provided, but when we arrived we were surprised because it wa stunning! Its brand new with only 3 rooms and at the time we were the only visitors and enjoyed the whole flat alone. There is everythink thqt one could wish for this price - clean bathroom, fully fitted kitchen massive lounge with TV and stereo, breakfast was served with fresh french bakery goods. To make a long story short - all was perfect! Viesturs, from Latvia ~ 30th Sep 2009

Really liked the vibe in this hostel. As it is close to the main bus station the area is a bit dangerous if you are by yourself. Gladly youĺl manage to know some moe people there to go out with. Its clean, and i had no problems with my stuff though there were no security locker. Unfortunatelly breakfast is not included. Mariana, from Brazil ~ 8th Oct 2009
