great staff, very helpful with booking cheap volcano tour and providing early am weak up calls. amazing views from the roof! room was nice, fully furnished with a long soft bed. showers were hot. hostel location is a very annoying hike away from central park and further from the markets and any other sites, but its still in a nice area.would stay here again. hunter, from USA ~ 4th Nov 2011

loved everything about this place. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. we were actually suppose to leave after 2 nights but we ended up loving the place so much we stayed another night. the terrace is definitely the best feature of villa esthela. i'd love to come back Julie, from USA ~ 17th Jul 2011
