This was a wonderful place to stay. It was just a short walk to the beach and all the bars/clubs. Plus the staff was wonderful and picked us up at the port. He even took us down to the port an extra time for a volcano tour/cruise that we went on. I can't wait to go back!!

Villa Marvalia was like home away from home. It was nice to arrive at such a friendly hostel and to know that no matter what we needed, Michael was willing to help us out. They even sent us on our way the last morning to catch our ferry with fresh homemade cookies! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet hostel that feels like home!
