It is real easy to get to wherever you want to go, even for a person who has no sense of directions like me. The staff is friendly. I am glad to meet Isabelle who is very helpful. JING, from China ~ 16th Nov 2009

Very warm and nice blankets! Nice breakfast too, and free luggage storage was fantastic as was the close proximity to the metro station. Thanks for a lovely stay Cara, from Ireland ~ 6th Nov 2009

The hostel was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. I wish, however, that there were lockers in the rooms! Rebecca, from USA ~ 3rd Nov 2009

Very good hotel. We booked and lost our flight and did not have time to call them. Next day they put us in a nice hotel for the same price and did not even charge the day we missed. excelent breakfest. Nice Staff. Vinicius, from Brazil ~ 30th Oct 2009

Clean place, good breakfast-croissant, bread, cereal, orange juice and hot drink- hot choc/coffee! Stayed in a 4 room female dormitory, with ensuite. Had a built in hairdryer that me and my hair was very grateful for! Amy, from Australia ~ 28th Oct 2009

I found the young man with dark hair who was working checked on Thursday, October 22, 2009 in the morning, was extremely helpful, very informative, and very pleasant for a weary traveler who just arrived to Paris for the first time. I needed to go to the Post Office and the Money Exchange store and he was very helpful and clear with his directions. Elida, from USA ~ 30th Oct 2009

Location is excellent, within a short walking distance from Gare du Nord. Rooms are nice with 4 persons sharing an attached shower room and toilet. Shower room being rather small water tends to get out. a soapstand in the shower room would make quite a difference since there is no place to keep the soap in the tiy cubicle. Qite enjoyed my stay with the friendly staff and nice roo mates. Hariharan, from India ~ 23rd Oct 2009

The dining area is sterile and uncomfortable, and with no courtyard smokers are likely to be accosted on the street outside. Easy to walk in to the centre of town. Breakfast runs out so you have to be early, you can\'t use your room for five hours each day, no alcohol and you have to pay for internet. Close to Gare du Nord but I would stay elsewhere for comfort. Abbey, from Australia ~ 18th Oct 2009

Everything was great except the bathroom...could have been a lot cleaner. The tub didn\'t drain at all. Tricia, from USA ~ 10th Oct 2009
