We found this place hard to find originally even with a russian driver! although our appartment was fairly central to most attractions, the location itself was not accessible and rather unpleasent. We were sharing with two very friendly couples and the appartment itself had a good kitchen and was very clean.

I was sick and had oi posepone the date to stay here, she mailed to me I had to pay 1 night for a guarantee. We read from internet that the lodging offer free registration, but in fact, we had to pay. She called us the Taxi with 300 RUB, when I agreed, she tried to explain why I had to pay 600 RUB, a double price. Very bad impression here.

Actually my friends and I were very surprised at the quality of the accomodations. We had expected much less but the apartment with private bath was great at a reasonable price.

Everything was great! The room was clean, a lot of space (we had the whole apartments just for 4 people), 5 min walk to the metro station. Minuses: - the location of the apartments is different (Tekhologichesky Insitut) vs the one shown on the map. Anyway it was just 2 stations from the center. - Besides the information about the office address is not updated, they moved to the neighbouring building.
very good location of the appartment (along a canal, just in the center of St Petersburg); silence; well heated;security OK; friendly staff. About cleanliness: when we entered in the appartment, the floor was clean but before dinner we had to wash the plates which were a little durty; in the bathroom, WC was not clean, we had to clean it also.

The location was great. It was very quiet. But it was not terribly clean. We actually cleaned the kitchen so we could use it. We ran out of toilet paper on a Saturday and when we left on Tuesday it had still not been replenished. The place could use some attention.
