It was a nice and quiet hostel with an asian atmosphere, I would recommend that they put some non-transparent curtains in the bathroom (which was on the ground floor). Staff was nice, but we couldn't find them at checkout time. Evelien, from Netherlands ~ 5th Aug 2009

Apart from all the positive aspects of this hostel (see above) we didn't like the fact that we had booked a room with a bathroom ensuite. However, ist turned out that none of the rooms at the hostel at Lübecker Str. 25a in Hamburg had a bathroom ensuite. We complained about that, so the lady granted us a reduction of 15%.... you get a pretty nice room, clean washingrooms, but don't forget: it's a guesthouse - not a hostel - in case you wanna meet other backpackers it's the wrong place. but perfekt for a honeymoon-weekend :) Anja, from Austria ~ 16th Mar 2009
