“ Worst hostel, the heater didn't work, the room was in an awful condition, dust everywhere, one of the bed had a whole in the mattress and I talk to the the person in the front desk and he didn't do anything to help us or to fix it, they already know that the heater didn't work, so why they continue offering that room? I can believe that they can offer that room to the guest maybe in other time of the year it will be fine but with the weather in the dates we be there we barely can sleep. ”

“ There was no hot water for more than 4 days and it was snowing in Manchester.. The room was very dirty and the bathroom as well. There was mold spots in the shower curtains and a big one the corners of the room. Location is great, very central. ”

“ Staff was nice. I was there Saturday night. I do not recommend anyone to stay there at that time unless if you are partying and you are up till 3am because that is the time when the club closes under the hostel. My room was right above the dance floor it was unbareable. I know what to expect from a hostel. This is not a complaint rather than an advice. If you wanted to complain you couldn;t anyway since no reception over night. ”

“ Great little Hostel in the middle of the city, especially for people on a budget. It's right in the centre of Manchester and above a good little nightclub although the drinks aren't that cheap. The staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were great for what we needed. ”

“ Pretty satisfied. We stayed there on a weekday and the adjoining bar closed too early, but I don't know if you can blame the hostel for that. The reception doesn't open until 2 pm, but it's possible to store luggage. Our room was clean and nice with a large bathroom and the staff was pleasant. ”

“ My friends & I had a 4 person room with it's own ensuite bathroom. 2 of us had to share a bed as it was one double and 2 singles, but that wasn't a problem for us. The room was decent size and having our own bathroom was good - especially for the cheap price! We arrived just before midnight and even though Reception was officially closed, we found a lovely staff member to check us in - she was very friendly. Great for the one night - it was all we needed. Thanks! ”
