Foi uma das melhores surpresas de Washington, o bairro é residencial, as casas são lindas, e tem esquilos na porta, as acomodações são muito aconchegantes e não estranhe o banheiro externo,vc vai se sentir como se estivesse hospedado em uma casa normal, é tudo muito arrumado, o quarto com banheiro também é bem grande. É verdade que tem uma caminhadinha até o metro, mas ela é tão gostosa que vc não vai se importar. Pelos preços de Washington, vale muito a pena ficar lá.

Very nice and clean place in typical American neigbourhood. The only comment is that the day we had to check out it was a case of minutes (exactly half past ten we had to leave the house)which felt a bit as a desillusion when saying goodbye.

The Guest House was clean, very comfortable and in a good location. The only issue was that the cleaner/maid was always on the phone so we couldnt use the house phone with our phone card.

Hostel was clean and well kept, but uncharacteristically quiet for a hostel and somewhat pricey given the location.
Fantastic. Quiet. A short walk from a good restaurant area, with a couple of places for a pint and several places for dinner. A nice walk from the Blue and Yellow lines. I'll definitely be back.

The Washington Guesthouse was located across the river from Washington D.C. in Arlington, VA. The walk to the subway was not far, and actually enjoyable in good weather. The guesthouse was located in a safe, residential area. There was a park and a mall on route to the subway. You are a stop away from Arlington National Cemetary, and only a few more from the Mall and surrounding are. Ask your host, because in the other direction from the guesthouse is a street of fun, little restaurants. Be warned though, if you go further to the CVS on the corner, there are some questionable characters lurking around. I had kind of a close call there. Overall, the trip and the guesthouse were thoroughly enjoyable, and I would recommend them both to anyone

Very clean and quiet in a safe location. Walk to metro was @8 blocks. Almost everything is accessable by the Metro in DC. Christiane the housekeeper is the nicest person and keeps the place spotless!
