The staff who made the breakfast was so helpful and friendly.I think that you definitely need to communicate in writing on your site that there is not staff on site and that people need to telephone on arrival to get someone to come.We waited outside the gate, ringing the bell, not knowing how to get in.Fortunately, another guest exited and told us how to open the gate and that we needed to walk a few blocks to a public phone and call.A few directions on using the public phones in Italy would be Lory, from USA ~ 4th Aug 2011

Our room in the hostel was very nice, we had our own television and even had our own backyard patio with lounge chairs and umbrella. The location is alright, the city of Pisa is pretty small so it's not hard to get around via bus. The only issue we had was with getting into the hostel. There was no staff present at the hostel when we got there, so we had to make an international call to get a hold of the owner. Kristopher, from Canada ~ 13th May 2011
