Hi! Thanks for this opportunity! As regards the restrooms, they are really clean. But, I was quite surprised of having problems with my key just an hour previous to my living and that my sheets were taken before I left the room. It really made me feel upset and a bit annoyed! I felt like been thrown out of the place as in hurry for me to leave the hostel. Regards, Carol Carolina, from Argentina ~ 16th May 2012

This is a great place to stay, clean and well managed. It would be especially good if you were attending performances at the Metropolitan Opera or New York Phil as that is about 3 blocks away.I will definately stay again. John, from USA ~ 13th May 2012

Its a nice hostel regarding the price per night, we been at the room 973 a private with twin bed, with a table and 2 chairs. The bathroom is shared, there is one for girls and another for boys, both has hot water. The location is excellent, a 50 mt from the Central Park and 10 blocks from Times Square, half block from Broadway Av and 3 blocks from Columbus Circle were you can eat. Is has no kitchen. The towels were changed daily. Check out 1130 am but you can leave your luggage until 9pm. GEORGINA, from Argentina ~ 11th May 2012

Can't beat the location. It feels very secure.I arrived before the regular check in time and was able to store my luggage there while I went to a matinee before checking in.Nice feature. Gym facilities also nice to have available while on vacation. Richard, from USA ~ 3rd May 2012

Staff and security were terrific! Room was very clean but tired. Mattress - extremely old and lumpy causing one to slip into the many indent of the mattress. Bed on rollers caused the bed to roll around and bang on the heater waking me up with just the slightest movement. 11th floor women's bathroom very dirty and smelly due to guests disregard only one sink functional. Also a guest spilled nail polish all over it. Door to bathroom is ackward and slammed into guests inside. Josephine, from USA ~ 2nd May 2012

As a Southerner staying in a hostel in New York City for the first time I didn't know what to expect. The staff are very accommodating. The location right next to Columbus Circle and West Central Park. I would thoroughly recommend begging for a room on the 12th floor (the remodeled floor) where the bathrooms provide some sense of privacy. Other than that, you should probably avoid room 944 in the summer because the A/C unit's electrical prongs are damaged. Chuck Charles, from USA ~ 2nd May 2012

The location's fantastic! close to the no1 subway, walkable distance from the 5th ave, and the central park is right behind us! room is small but expected in the city, "blanket" is more like a thicker bed spread, but could ask for an extra blanket at the reception. no hidden charges. showers heads are too old! water temperature isn't stable either. Overall i'd stay there again for the convenience of its location! I Ju (Frances), from Canada ~ 3rd May 2012

Igual hay mejores opciones MAURICIO, from Chile ~ 2nd May 2012
