DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!! Worst place I have ever stayed in my life and will never be walking past it again let alone staying there. Booked online as it looked and sounded fine, we got a bus from Hat Yai to KL and got in around 10pm, we had said we would be there at 1900 but emailed to say we would be late through no fault of our own. When we arrived a very rude useless person behind the counter decided to be as rude as he could to us about being late (like we were driving the bus!!!) and then dec Andrew, from England ~ 17th Mar 2010

The location is great, being only steps away from Chinatown market and 15 minute walk to Golden triangle and little India. Really cheap rates, value for money. Cool roof top beer garden with awesome night veiw of the KL tower. Staff are very helpful and informative!! Currently painting and improving the appearence of the hostel. Wheelers was one of the best places we have stayed in our long travels of the world, and it's somewhere we will definitely be returning to next time we're in KL. Even though the rooms were very basic, you hardly noticed because stepping outside them brought you into a world of interesting novelties. From the fish and turtles, to the nature-themed decor, and the owners monkey, you'd think you just popped out to the amazon for breakfast!! Seriously, I couldn't recommend this place enough. I recently going to Kuala Lumpur for any things, almost 2 times per month! Before this im staying at Bukit Bintang area, and its happens for almost 5 years! When christmas come, hostel around that area fully booked, and i must find another location, and found wheelers. First impression, walla, this is the hostel that i really admire! It is so great! The decoration is amaze me, the atmosphere is calm, and lot of fish here. I read the comments here, but i totally disagree! No sound from Reggae clu Nor Azhar, from Malaysia ~ 28th Dec 2009
