Merilee is a great hostel owner... She really cares about people and wants you to make the most of your time there. I stayed there for a couple nights and it was a great place to stay in my opinion. This is NOT the place if you want to party all night.. Parking there is ok if its not during May(?) through Oct. Everybody there thats a resident of Newport has a parking permit so they can park on the street. If you travel by car I don't know where you'd be allowed to park but I'm sure Merilee
