“ Winds YH failed completely, when it comes to make there guests feel beeing welcome. We felt like being unwanted but paying guests.
Mr. Wind and his friend, Mr."Fire" talked to us only if asked severel times. We felt, they have too many other problems, and so they couldn't care less about their guests. Sometimes Mr. Wind could be nice.
We paid at Winds more then we used to pay in good hotels (while beeing in China for 4 weeks) with much better service, more friendlyness and an included breakfast. ”
Hello, Thank you for your comments. But I am sorry to feel that you are not telling the truth. Yes,firstly I admit that the shower is not comfortable because the pressure machine was broken and we had some different opinions about the paid of the room charge when you checked in.We know that was our fault to make these unfortable for you,but we had tried our best to fix it. For instance,we open another room for you to take a shower and we had mad many times apology for it.So ,I think if these things were the problems ,you should tell the truth . As you know,we cared bout your shower,your food(maybe spicy), invited you to have dinner together for free,offered you coffe several times for free,and mad a discount of the room charge under your request(our room is 218 yuan per night,but we gave you 200 per night),gave you advices for travlling,help you rent the mini van ,booked the bus tickets for you for free,and so on. FOR GOD'S SAKE,but you said we were failed completely for making you feel being welcome.Please talk the truth ,this is the most important things that other guests need!!!
