- “ Good location, a bit of a steep walk from Sao Bento. Toilet and shower could be cleaner. It's a pity there's only 1 shower and 1 toilet for 12 people on the highest floor. Staff is OK. The only thing I really don't like about my stay is that my clothes hanger including my pink travellers towel was stolen from my room. I don't believe it was the guy in my room. I asked the staff and they asked the cleaning lady. She said she didn't take it. It's not just the towel, it's the hanger for travels. ”

- “ staffs are very kind and helpful. they always helped me. they can use english very fluently. everything was excellent except somethings. first, there are lots of flies in my dormitory. i don't like insects. second, breakfast is not included and it costs 2.5euros. third, it's little bit far from douro river and ben santo station. it takes 25minutes and 15 minutes by walk. but it's very close to lello library and cle~tower, it takes 3 minutes by walk. in my conclusion it's value for money:) ”

- “ Decent place. Very much a social, party atmosphere, if that's your thing. Good location in the city, near to tourist places and a lot of good restaurants and bars. Helpful staff. Bring your own towel, though, since this place does not provide them (or any other amenities, for that matter). Very spartan room. ”

- “ This was a very good and well organized hostel. The staff were very helpful and fun. There is a good energy in the common room, a spacious kitchen, and plenty to drink. The laundry is a little pricey however and there is only one shower on the top floor. Its very comfortable overall though. ”

- “ This hostel had a great feel with a super comfy common room, good amounts of natural lighting, and a well tought out continental breakfast each morning. I think the only suggestion that I have would to have more hostel hosted events around port wine. No real complaints, just props for a good stay. ”
