booked a double room with Wizard of OZ, but they put me in a seperate building called Coogee Budget Accommodation. This place had no common room and the kitchen was only passable. staff were very unhelpful and i wouldnt stay again
Hi Brendan, An email was sent to you from us when we received your booking from hostelworld - 3 months prior to your arrival, letting you know that you had been allocated a private room at our other property Coogee Beachside Budget Accommodation - 2 doors down from the Wizard of Oz.. Guests at either property can use the facilites of the other so if you were not aware of this then we can only apologise. As we were not aware that you did not enjoy your stay with us until after you left via your comments then we are unable to rectify any issues that arose during your stay with us & we can only offer our apologies again.
