We were just for one night in this hostel but is was really good. Clean, nice staff and perfectly english speaking, the best were the breakfast sandwiches and the common rooms. Thanks a lot!

This hostel rocks. First up, it's the perfect location if you are visiting the West Lake, it's only a 5 minute walk from there. Staff is very kind and helpful. Room I stayed in (4 bed private) was cozy enough to remind me of home! Lots to do inside and outside the hostel, great outdoor shelter with Wi-Fi. A lot of good and inexpensive food, too. If you are very allergic to dogs or cats, you may not want to chill out in the lobby. Don't let that funny dog get a hold of your pants, he wont let go! Emilie, from Canada ~ 9th Nov 2009

Good place. Have cats and a dog, so if you're allergic the lounge area can be a little uncomfortable.

i dentifily this hostel is the best when i traveled, the staff are also very friendly .they help us to solve many problems. and give us more information. and also have nice dog and cat ,they are loveyl. it is very quiet. i like it very much ,i will be back in future.and also will recommend to my friends..
