X Hostel Varna in Taipei, Bulgaria

Was rather disappointed....

You arrived while EVERYONE was out partying except me at reception and then you left in the morning. So in the 13 hours you were here (9 closed in your room) you have made up your mind on us... I can agree on location IF you cannot read the Hostels Description but Fun, Staff and Character you should of rated more honestly since you didnt want to live any of it!
