Excellent staff, very cheerful and obliging. Kitchen facilities were excellent, most well kept hostel have stayed in in the last eight months. Only downside was that was a little too quiet

The heat option in the room is really nice, it just makes you feel like you're in a tropical forest. Unless you're absolutely freezing I suggest either turning it off or plan on making your room a nude colony if it's on.
