I think the staff should be more about the area and be a little more helpful and accassionally have a smile on their faces. Basically it was just a hostel I have stayed in much better ones

I stayed in the Merchant Room and it was lovely but unfortunately the the drain in the shower had the same hair blocking it the 3 days i was there. It is a lovely friendly hostel overall. I will return

The Staff where helpful but they tried to get rid of you as fast as they could. Also the shower hose leaked every where so I think the bathrooms need updating

Private bathroom, clean, realy nice room... one of rare place where it's possible to take a typical british breakfast! I recommand!
