The stay was really ok, the hostel offers a lot of room where you can eat, hang out, have some coffee...really relaxing. The only thing is, when you sleep on the upper floor (3rd floor) you hear the banging of the bathroom and exit door pretty loud, that woke us up sometimes early in the morning. Everything else was ok, price, staff, nothing else to declare... Karin, from Germany ~ 31st Oct 2009

friendly staff. Very clean (both showers and linens.) enough showers per floor. Card keys. Very safe and nice area. Two minutes walk to the tube station. Nice garden. Breakfast available at a reasonable price. Recommended. magali, from France ~ 27th Oct 2009

Re security - not a problem in end but went to buy a lock for locker - none in stock! Andy, from New Zealand ~ 8th Oct 2009

This place really is great. Beds are comfortable, you get two pillows and a nice warm doona. Wifi is free if you spend 2pounds at the cafe. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is great. It's a 5min walk to the tube station, and also near a huge number of great shops (including a number of grocery stores) and two cinemas. The neighborhood is also quite safe and clean. Annmaree, from Australia ~ 24th Sep 2009

I don’t understand praising comments about this hostel. Rooms were clean but it was disgusting that there were build some kind of ceiling (2nd roof) in basement rooms and you hear some animals (rats, mice?) running above you. Also rooms were painted like children’s room in ugly light green, bed was too short (look like children’s bed) for 185cm guy, walls were paper thin and in basement room you couldn’t see out of window glass. Also it is irritating you have to join some stupid hostel c Pekko, from Finland ~ 18th May 2009

The hostel is a bit far from the city center but in a lovely place. The staff was helpfully and we found the room OK, it has no bath in the room but the hostel has a lot of bathroom in all floors (almost one for room). It has one kitchen and two common rooms where you can cook and stay that is an important thing when you want not to spend a lot in restaurants. At the end a nice place.
