the staff wasn't friendly or helpful, just about spoke english, just did the least they must do as carers of the place. kitchen staff were worse. if not for the friendly travellers/backpackers i would have hated my time there.

The staff did not answer the 24 hour phone line. So I spent too much time walking round with my bags until I found someone who knew where the place was. Now I know I might use the hostel again if I want to visit all the museums or Kensington. Breakfast was free and good.

hi the location of the hostel is fabulous but poorly marked at night, not clean shower room floors mould growing down the walls in dorm concerned that i would contract illness One a range rover and the other a mecedes benz seemed to be owned by people who were working there or managed the place contradictory that the place needed care

it was easy finding the place and the view around made the way much more pleasant. there nothing much to do there but waking up to this veiw compensate for alot. the staff werent that nice or helpfulm just did the minimum they must do as runners of the place. generaly, if you\'re not alone and in good company, it\'s a really good place to start in but there are budget hotel which are much more nice, better located and even cheaper all together.

Need more service mined staff, since you're in the service infrustration. I quite not agree with the top rated hostel in London.

Good HI-Hostel, more expensive and also for school groups but secure, clean and within the Holland Park.
