Very convenient location and easy to find from st pancras station. Only stayed one night and arrived late so not much going on but that is understandable. Very good bathroom and bedroom facilities which are kept clean. As hostels go this was very good and is highly recommended.

It's well worth every penny! It's clean and quiet; the staff was helpful, not chatty, but professional. My mattress, perhaps, needs replacement - it was rather thin but not much of a problem. I've already booked for my next stay in London. Keep up the good work!!!

A pretty good hostel. The location is great, since I was coming in on the Eurostar, and it was easy to get anywhere I needed to go in the city from the hostel. The staff was kind of surly, and not particularly helpful. Rooms were clean, but the bedding was a bit odd -- the pillow is sewn into the sheet, so you can't adjust it to your sleeping needs. The free breakfast offered in the morning is good, and I enjoyed the comfortable couches and TV in the common room. Most of the people staying here were older -- I'm used to being of the oldest people staying in a hostel, but here I was one of the youngest. There are a lot of British people staying here, as well, so I didn't meet as many international travelers as I am used to meeting in hostels. Security is very good at this hostel, as well. My biggest complaint is the Internet access -- they have terminals available, but they are very expensive, close to $8/hour.

Nice hostel, clean and the breakfast is very good. Although most of he staffs are not very helpful nor nice. But I recommend it! Just near St Pancras (the new eurostar station) and the place and the hostel are safe. There are Some families and old people so you'll not have a lot of fun in the hostel though.

The Hostel is clean, tidy and the toilets are very good. The place has everything you need to stay confortable away from home. But it looks like a hotel, not a hostel... It lacks atmosphere... The staff is helpful when you need but also indifferent... The breakfast is very good but it finishes at 9:30 am (too early for people on holidays...); the lounge where the restaurant is located is just used for the restaurant purposes that stops working at 9 pm. You meet much more families and aged people than backpackers... Some administrative changes could make the place less boring for backpackers... Even with all facilities and confort I confess I thought about changing for another hostel where I could interact in a better way...

ive heard many bad things about london hostels, but this place certainly changed that. it was very easy toget to - even for one whos a total stranger to london, such as myself. it was sooo clean (it even smells clean!). most importantly, i was able to rest well, since it was not a rowdy crowd, and me and my belongings felt totally safe here. and breakfast was a real breakfast- with bacon and eggs! i highly recommend this hostel.

Away from the hustle and bustle, but easy to get to by tube as well as buses. Large array of people, from families to pensioners to student travelers. Great location and very clean!
