Cockroach in the room. Not necessary please clean rooms. Also the double room didnt lock, then WHY give us a key in the first place? Staff was rude on several occasions. I'm sure you can find a nicer place to stay in Taupo, and cheaper too. Tom, from Netherlands ~ 26th Jan 2009
