No A/C is a problem. Hot, humid and mosquito make you hard to fall asleep. You need to pay $20 Peso when you check out and put the luggage in the front desk. You was supposed to have 10% discount for food in their restaurant, but restaurant staff asked for the full price. There is a woman staff in the morning, with very bad attitude. All in all, very average hostel, just for stop and go... don't even wanna stay more than 1 night WAI KIT, from Hong Kong ~ 27th May 2012

I`ve spent there two nights and had a very nice trip. The young staff was very helpful and always in a good mood. Our room was nery, but because of the temperatures you should ask for a room with a fan! The kitchen is big and very clean, salt, pepper, oil etc. are for everyone. The surroundings are just beautiful! The best hostel if you want to stay in town! Charlotte, from Germany ~ 15th Apr 2012

No swimming pool as mentionned ! nice place, in the jungle, just 5 minutes from Palenque downtown. Clean, with a kitchen and internet... but the staff may switch your room without asking, and charge you more :-(( Sebastien, from France ~ 27th Mar 2012

A very good place to stay! The feeling of being in the middle of the jungle is great! and the shops near the hostel are really enjoyable!! Manuel, from Mexico ~ 3rd Jan 2012

We liked the design of the hostel and appreciated the large chill out area. Water was a problem, though. Not only was it cold, most of the time there was none in our room and sometimes also in the kitchen as a result of which dirty dishes piled up in the sink. Very interesting hostel, I loved it! The double bed 'room' is very very small, but there is a kitchen, and the feeling is like Tarzan in the jungle :)) Attila, from Hungary ~ 15th Nov 2011

The normal double rooms are very small and we had problems with cockroaches. The twin room we moved to was nicer. It was clean and you get a 10% discount for the restaurant. Daniela, from Germany ~ 9th Jul 2011

Receptionist was very rude. When I asked him some questions about tours and other things to do, he barely answered me. I would not recommand this hostel to anyone. Kirsten, from Netherlands ~ 21st Jun 2011
