Breakfast is not included. I've read some reviews that staffs are nice but I disagree with it. The ones I'd seen were distracted to chat with themselves and sometimes they were not at the counter for more than 10 min. Everything eles was just excellenet. Chaeyeon, from South Korea ~ 25th Jan 2012

When i got to my room the bed was occupied, front desk person told me "to wait til the nite and sort it out with whoever had my bed." After this complaint she pointedly ignored me when I requested a city map. The next day recep girl was also rude. The building is great, but TOO far from the centerespecially when cold. I enjoyed staying at the hostel very much, the only problem was that I had people in my room who seemed to be professional thumpers and made an incredible amount of noise. Other than that I highly recommend staying at this hostel. Maxime, from Canada ~ 8th Dec 2011

The hostel was wonderful, only a 10 minute walk from the main train station and another 10 minutes to downtown Salzburg. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms (and bathrooms) were extremely clean. You even have a locker to store your things in, so I felt very safe. There is a cafe and bar downstairs which offers cheap beer and food. I have to say that was one of the neatest parts of the hostel, I was able to meet a large group of Australians, Canadians, and even a few Americans Walker, from USA ~ 8th Nov 2011
